We started our craft chocolate business with these molds we bought off of Amazon and I'm glad we got it right with these because it can be such a hassle when you waste time and money on a poor quality product, especially when you are starting out. These molds are extremely durable and very hard, not flimsy like some molds. The advantage we find with these being so rigid, is that it helps keep the chocolate flat while transferring to the refrigerator. With flimsy molds if you are transferring one at a time by hand, if they bend even a little, the chocolate can flow to one side of the mold so you don't get an even thickness if your not careful. With these you can easily walk with the filled mold in one hand with out a problem. At some point we will be getting some custom molds with our company name or logo, but until then we will keep using these molds from Amazon.
