Our Cacao Pod's are the perfect marketing tool, education piece, or decoration! We started out by purchasing real cacao pods from South America then teamed with local Houston area artist, Jay Ybarra, for creating the molds, casting the pods, then hand painting each one based on the natural colors of the real pods. As a test, we handed the fake pod and a real pod to people to see if they could pick the real pod; the pods are so realistic that people would actually pick the replica as being the real thing.
